EL PASO - El Paso Police released 35-yead old Luis Javier Solis-Gonzalez's arrest affidavit. In it, police said a 4-year old boy witnessed the murders of Marysol Saldivar, Cassuandra Holt and Eric De Santiago. Two of them were stabbed at the house in the 1500 block of Bengal. Solis- Gonzalez is charges with the three murders.
The affidavit says police smelled a strong odor of gas and heard a television on inside of the house as they approached. Once they were in, they saw what they called "obvious signs of a struggle".
The 4-year old boy was taken to Solis- Gonzalez's parents house in Juarez, by Solis Gonzalez in Saldivar's Nissan Titan. Shortly after the 4-year old was brought back to El Paso by Solis-Gonzalez's father. That's when they spoke with police.
Police said the boy asked his grandfather, in spanish, why his dad killed his mom.
Solis-Gonzalez is held on a $1.5 million bond.
