EL PASO — An early morning crash caused traffic to come to a crawl on the freeway in west El Paso. The crash happened around 2:00 a.m Monday morning on I-10 east and Executive. Emergency responders say a vehicle crashed into the guardrail, causing it to skid across I-10. We're told that the person involved in the crash refused to receive medical attention. It could crews a good hour to clear the debris off the interstate.
