El Paso - - An El Paso DWI suspect only made matters worse when he allegedly tried to resist arrest.
Luis Pastor is accused of struggling with a police officer while trying to get away.
An officer pulled him over in the 200 block of Shadow Mountain yesterday.
Pastor faces a variety of charges including assault on a public servant and evading arrest.
