EL PASO — A driver abandoned his passengers after crashing into a ditch in east El Paso this morning, police said.
It happened around 1:30 early Thursday morning, and the car ended up in a ditch.
Police said there were three people in the car total, with one of them suffering minor injuries from the impact.
Police wouldn't say why the driver left the scene or if alcohol or speed was a factor.
Because of the contruction and the ditch, it took a crew almost three hours to get the car out.
