New details have emerged in the case of a Las Cruces man who was arrested for allegedly acting sexually inappropriate with two minors early Sunday morning.

According to the Criminal Complaint, 25-year-old Daniel Landon was allegedly found by his girlfriend with his pants at his ankles, touching himself while he stood in the living room where two girls under the age of seven were sleeping on the family's sofa.

The Criminal Complaint alleges that one of the girls woke up and asked Landon why he was touching the other girl's bottom.

The document also indicates that upon finding Landon in the living room, his girlfriend became angry and threw his clothes out the front door and asked him to leave.

Landon remains in the custody of the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Tuesday afternoon, charged with sexual contact of a minor and is being held on a $25,000 bond.
