FABENS, TX — El Paso County Sheriff's Office released the name of the man was electrocuted at a Fabens home.
Deputies said 34-year-old Victor Dominguez was repairing a water leak under a mobile home when he was electrocuted Saturday afternoon.
They said a family member found him under the home unresponsive.
Dominguez was taken to the hospital where he died.
