DENVER — The mile-high city saw its first white Christmas since 2009.
Denver, as well as most other areas of Colorado, woke up to snow after a winter storm moved in on Christmas Eve.
Snow is pretty common in and around Denver and the mountains this time of year but a white Christmas not as much so.
The national weather service says chances of a white Christmas with at least an inch of snow is about 37% in Denver.
