El Paso - - An El Paso man accused of killing his mother will be in court this week.
David Marmolejo has hearings scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday. According to court records, a status conference is set for 9 o'clock Tuesday morning. There are also several motions to suppress statements including a confession.
You may remember Marmolejo is accused of strangling his mother and dumping her body in a desert in Santa Teresa, NM.
