County Commissioners to Discuss Transportation Projects

EL PASO, TX — Monday county commissioners will discuss and possibly approve a memorandum of understanding, an agreement for the county of El Paso, Horizon and Socorro. They'll discuss and address various transportation projects on the east side of the county, that will be designed and implement by the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority.
