EL PASO — County commissioners approved a cost of living increase in Monday's meeting.
Current county workers will get a one point seven percent increase while retirees will get a two percent increase.
This was the same increase workers received last year.
The county is also still looking for its medical examiner. Commissioners discussed the selection and hiring of the county medical examiner Monday, but the county is still looking.
