EL PASO — The relocation of City Hall will be a big topic of discussion at Tuesday's city council meeting. Council will be asked to award a more than $7 million bid to Arrow Building Corporation to renovate a building at 801 Texas Avenue. That vote will be followed by another, a vote to approve an $11.5 million bid to Jordan Construction, LLC to renovate the old Luther Building at 218 North Campbell. The city is hoping to relocate city offices to these buildings and several others once the current City Hall is torn down to make way for a Triple A baseball stadium.
