El Paso, TX (KDBC) — Construction's nothing new downtown, except when it comes to the San Jacinto Plaza. Fences and orange cones went up today for renovations that are expected to take up to 18 months. Those new renovations will include chess tables and a splash pad among other things. Streets surrounding the plaza will all be reduced to one lane through the duration of construction.
