EL PASO — Downtown shoppers can enjoy free parking during the Texas tax-free holiday weekend. All parking meter fees will be waived beginning Friday, Aug. 17 through the weekend.
The city said they have about 1,825 parking meters in Downtown El Paso.
The Downtown Management District (DMD) and the Central Business Association (CBA) will also partner to offer special promotions in Downtown during the tax-free weekend.
