EL PASO, TX — Police have arrested and charged Irving Gomez, 21, with capital murder of an 11-month-old baby girl.
Investigators said an 11-month old girl was taken to Sierra Medical Center around 6 a.m. Friday morning. Police say her death was caused by foul play.
It happened in the 2600 block of Nations in Central El Paso. Police investigators said they are treating this as a capital murder case.
