LAS CRUCES, N.M. — The Child Crisis Center Of Southern New Mexico is closing its doors permanently.
The center opened in December 2010 but due to rising costs and low enrollment the board of directors decided to suspend services last year.
The board said after careful consideration and exhausting all options they felt it best to shutdown permanently.
During the two years of operation the center served 110 families and more than 250 children.
The building space will now be occupied by Saint Luke's Health Care Clinic doubling the clinic's size.
