El Paso, Texas (KDBC) — Business is booming at one Borderland store this week, a store absolutely packed with holiday shoppers.
Thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of merchandise has been flying off the shelves at the El Paso Chihuahuas store in downtown in the days leading up to Christmas. In fact, the store has even run out of some Chihuahuas Christmas decorations.
"It's been two months since we've had a name and just to see where it's come from October 23rd to today and people have really bought into this and it's really fun to go around town and people are wearing it out to dinner and to the mall and UTEP games tells us we've really latched onto something fun here," said Brad Taylor, the general manager of the team.
The store is open from 10 until 2 Christmas Eve for all you last minute shoppers.
