El Paso, TX (KDBC) — Change is coming for the El Paso Independent School District.
The EPISD Board of Managers voted down restricting public comment to once every 60 days.
The board decided they will limit the number of people who can speak for and against an agenda to three each.
Those wanting to speak at board meetings will now be able to sign up online 24 hours before the meeting.
