A car chase early this morning landed a man with three previous DWI convictions in jail.
An El Paso sheriff's deputy tried to pull over Guillermo Huerta, for suspected drinking and driving.
Huerta refused to stop. Deputies then set up two sets of spike strips.
Huerta continued driving on his rims and one tire, stopping at the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint.
He now has a 4th DWI charge.
