Capettos Restaurant owner, Edward Davis Jr., was arrested Wednesday for allegedly bouncing checks made to a local music company.
According to police, Davis wrote a bad check for $62 to Muzak of El Paso.
Davis attorney said they were mistakenly unpaid due to an accounting error.
Davis posted bond at $1,000 Thursday morning. A court date for Davis is pending in County Court.
