EL PASO - A Canutillo man has been arrested for what could be his third DWI.
Police say 26-year-old Omar Andrade was drunk when he drove his car over a raised curb and onto rocks. When they investigated further, they found he had two prior DWI convictions.
Officers also found marijuana in his car, and said he had cocaine on him.
Andrade was booked into the El Paso County Jail, on an over $6,000 bond.
