At 10:30 a.m. President Obama is scheduled to arrive at Biggs Army Airfield for his first visit to El Paso area. We'll have complete coverage right here on Local 4 News.
We have brand new video of Air Force One taking off from Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland in route to El Paso. This video just came into our newsroom moments ago.
President Obama plans to meet with soldiers at Fort Bliss later this morning once he arrives.
He will leave at 12:15 p.m. to head back to Washington D.C. where he will deliver a primetime speech on Iraq this evening.
