The Boy Scout organization's national executive board is meeting in Texas where they are considering reversing their long standing policy of excluding gay members and leaders. On Wednesday, the board is expected to vote on a measure that would allow local troops to decide the issue for themselves. A change to the current policy would be a dramatic shift. Just seven months ago the organization reaffirmed its ban on gay members.
