Boy Run Over By Horse

HORIZON CITY, TX — A young boy was rushed to the hospital after being hit by a horse in Horizon City.

Emergency dispatchers said the boy, about two to three years old, was run over by the horse at a racetrack on Pelicano and Aircoupe, near the West Texas Airport just before 7 p.m. Sunday.

Dispatchers said when crews arrived, the boy was unconscious.

He was taken to University Medical Center. The boy's condition was unknown.
