The community is invited to help raise money to support Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring services.

The 15th Annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Bowl El Paso.

The event is an all day party that includes food, bowling, a live DJ, singing, dancing, and prizes.

All money raised stays in El Paso and goes directly toward making and supporting matches of mentors to at-risk youth in the community.

Mentoring has also shown amazing long-term impact.

In fact, a groundbreaking study reveals that adults who were mentored as children through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program were more likely than peers from similar backgrounds to get a 4-year college degree, earn incomes of $75,000+, and reported better, happier relationships with their spouses, children, families and friends.
