Blue Monday lives up to its name as many are reporting feeling down

This year, Monday, January 21, 2013 is Blue Monday, which is considered to be the most depressing day of the year.  According to an online coupon cabin survey, more than a third of Americans say winter is the season they'd most likely shop to improve their mood.  Most say they'll seek a cure to feeling down in the dumps through retail therapy.  Of those surveyed, only nine percent feel guilty about doing so.
