EL PASO - Billy Abraham's day in court has been pushed back.
Attorneys have agreed to stall Abraham's trial until January 2013. The attorneys haven't revealed why they're postponing the trial.
Abraham is accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian on Paisano St. in July 2010, then driving away from the scene.
