Billy Abraham found not guilty on intoxicated manslaughter charges

EL PASO — After five days in court, prominent downtown businessman Billy Abraham received a not guilty verdict for intoxicated manslaughter in a deadly hit-and-run accident that killed 47-year-old homeless pedestrian Jay Grady.

But the guilty verdict pointed only at a DWI charge, with Abraham dodging an intoxicated manslaughter and accident involving death charges.
