The Manuel Barraza bribery trial ended early today on doctor's orders.
As KDBC 4 NEWS reported yesterday, FBI witness Ricardo Ale passed out while testifying. His doctor told him to get rest for the remainder of the weekend. The trial will resume on Monday.
Barraza is accused of trading sex and money for judicial favors.
I have been in the court room and I have yet to see any news media outlet cover the discrepencies when crossed examination ocurres. Why? Barraza's lawyer has, in many occasions, damaged the allegations against the judge. Why hasn't anyone covered when the key witness accepted to have lied, why hasn't anyone covered that she flip flopped in her accusations? Also,the FBI agent was being destroyed when cross examined. I have my doubts. I have seen little objectivity in the coverage of this case
