EL PASO — The design of the new baseball stadium will be discussed at Tuesday's city council meeting. City engineer Alan Shubert will provide an update to city council reps. Construction on the stadium is slated to begin this spring once both the Insights Museum and city hall are demolished. The stadium will hold between seven and nine thousand people and should be ready for baseball by April of next year.
