CANUTILLO - A 9-month old baby was killed Saturday morning in a head-on car crash in Canutillo.
El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies say Maria Honesto, 59, was driving with her grandson, baby Emilio, on Doniphan. We're told Honesto crossed the median and slammed into another car head-on.
Baby Emilio, who was not in a car seat, was killed.
The people in the other car, Amanda Sanchez, 24 and Blanca Cano, 47, are in stable condition.
Honesto is in critical condition, and we're told she may be facing charges.
