An Andress High school teacher was arrested Friday after EPISD police said he was having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
EPISD police said Bobby French faces second degree felony charges for the allegation. His bond has been set at $100,000. He is also listed as the homeowner of a residence being blocked of by emergency officials due to the discovery of live explosives.
According to EPISD officials, French had been removed from the classroom and reassigned since early this month to allow for an administrative review and police investigation. EPISD Police are working with other law enforcement agencies on this case.
