Bottom, bum. tuchus, rump. there are a lot of different names for the rear-end. Whatever you call it, it's important to have it checked as part of a colon cancer screening. That's the idea behind the American Cancer Society's "Love Your Butt" campaign emphasizing the importance of getting screened.

Only about half of Americans older than 50 are getting the necessary testing. The American Cancer Society would like an 80% screening rate by 2018. ACS estimates that about 55,000 people in the United States will die of colon cancer this year.
