EL PASO — Officers are on the scene of a shooting in the northeast, after a fight outside an apartment.
Sources within the police department tell Local 4 that two to three shots were fired, then the shooter fled.
Witnesses gave the license plate number to authorities, allowing CBP officers to spot the alleged shooter trying to cross the border at the Bridge of the Americas.
He was reportedly driving a Dodge Durango when he was stopped.
Police officers and Emergency Medical Services crews were still on the scene Tuesday night.
