The Mexican national accused of raping three women in El Paso's Manhattan Heights neighborhood is headed to trial Monday morning.

Arturo Valtierra Payan faces five to 99 years in prison. He’s charged with burglary of habitation and three counts of aggravated sexual assault.

Authorities claimed the 26-year-old broke into homes in the Manhattan Heights Area and raped three women in Summer 2013.

They added he attacked a fourth woman, but she fought him off. Valtierra Payan is also linked to a sexual assault case that was reported in Fort Worth, Texas in September 2012.
