El Paso man Adrian Ramirez is the accused leader of the gunmen who busted into a Juarez birthday party, and opened fire. 18 people died as a result.

Ramirez was killed in a shootout with Mexican military.

Now a member of Ramirez's family speaks to KDBC. They say that they don't think that he could have been behind such a gruesome attack. They are also upset because they say Mexican authorities won't release his body back to the U.S. for a burial.
