San Elizario - - One man is under arrest on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident.
Early this morning, a pick-up truck crashed in San Elizario.
Deputies say Jose Manuel Mendez fled the truck and hid nearby.
They arrested him a short time later.
Investigators say speed and alcohol are factors in the accident.
