KTSM and KDBC are currently accepting applications for a Television Master Control Operator. Duties will include/not limited to: on air switching of programming, commercials and promotional announcements, commercial ingest into a digital playback system, recording satellite feeds and quality control. Must be able to work within deadlines, be a team player, take direction, work well under pressure and stay cool in a fast paced live broadcast environment. Reliability is essential in this position, which affords potential for growth and advancement. Previous television experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
Requirements: Successful candidate must have completed high school or equivalent, have a clean driving record, be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required.
