Sunland Park has sworn in Javier Perea as Mayor, but that doesn't mean everything is settled in the embattled city.
Monday afternoon at 3, Gerardo Hernandez's attorney, Michael Nevarez, had plans hold a press conference regarding the mayoral position case pending in court.
You might remember Hernandez lost the March 6 election to now-indicted ex-Mayor Pro-Tem Daniel Salinas, who's accused of extortion, bribery and other public corruption.
