If you are thinking of undergoing weight loss surgery and you were thinking of trying to have a baby - you might want to wait.

Experts say pregnancy after bariatric surgery is actually safer than pregnancy while morbidly obese and the majority of women have no complications. However, there is a risk of band slippage or leakage and some research shows a higher miscarriage rate among pregnancies within 18 months of having weight loss surgery.
