VIVA! EL PASO celebrates its 35th anniversary this summer in the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre. Since 1978, VIVA! El Paso has been a lively musical summer El Paso tradition for the whole family to enjoy. A locally produced outdoor musical extravaganza, each VIVA! performance chronicles the 400 year history and cultural evolution of the El Paso region by honoring the Native American, Spanish, Mexican, and Western American cultures of the region.
El Paso’s summer tradition will continue at the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheater (1500 McKelligon Canyon Dr.) every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until August 12. Friday and Saturday performances start at 8:30 pm. Sunday shows start at 7:30 pm.
Tickets may be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster Box Offices, Plaza Theatre Box Office, and Canyon Box Office. Canyon Box Office opens three hours before each performance. Ticket price varies on seating location. Sunday shows are General Admission/cost, $14.
