EL PASO, Texas – Accion Texas Inc., the nation’s largest small business microlender, is offering a free Human Resources seminar to small business owners, Thursday, July 11 at 5:30 p.m., at the Accion office located at 1421 Lee Trevino Dr., B-1.

Co-presenting the event will be the Project Vida’s Economic Development Department and Cano HR Group, LLC. Topics of the seminar will include:

• Identifying qualified candidates
• Performance evaluations
• How to manage your workforce
• Compliance with employment and labor laws

Small business owners will learn all about hiring the right people with the right qualifications and learning how to identify qualified candidates. Guests will also learn about managing your workforce and making your employees a true asset to your business.
