The El Paso Paralegal Association will hold its Fall Seminar, “Dos and Don’ts of a Texas Notary Public”, on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 8:30am – 11:30am at the El Paso Club, Chase Tower, 201 E. Main St., 18th floor. Guest Speaker: Mr. F. Henry Garcia, President and Director of Notary Insurance Services, Inc. and the Texas State Notary Bureau and Former Director, Uniform Commercial Code and Notary Public Division, Office of the Secretary of State. Continental breakfast and parking validation will be provided. Registration fee: $50 per person for EPPA Members, $60 per person for non-EPPA Members; $50 per person for business signing up ten or more people at the same time.
