Acu-Care Acupuncture Clinic, Inc opened in El Paso, Texas in 1999.
Dr. Kelly Wylie is the Founder. She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. There she received a Master's in Traditional Oriental Medicine.
Through the State of New Mexico, she received her Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She is nationally certified to practice Acupuncture and Herbology. Dr. Wylie is regulated by the Medical Board in Austin. She also holds license to practice in New Mexico and Arizona.
